Teelixir Returns Policy

Changed your mind – return an unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, less the original shipping cost. Return postage is at your expense.

Tried it and it wasn't for you – our satisfaction guarantee covers one product, once. Tell us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, no return required and yours to keep. Applies to the smallest size of that product; samples and satchels are excluded.

Faulty, damaged or not as described – contact us at any time, there is no time limit. We arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage.

To start a return, email us at hello@teelixir.com with your name, order number, the item you're returning, and whether you'd prefer a refund, an exchange or store credit.

Handling Damages

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any damages. If you find any, document them and contact us right away. In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged, reach out to us at hello@teelixir.com, and we will guide you through the process of obtaining a refund or replacement for the damaged goods.
