A caffeine-free latte blend that pairs the natural sweetness of Australian organic beetroot with the earthy richness of raw cacao and the traditional potency of Chaga mushroom. Teelixir's Mushroom Beet Latte is designed as a vibrant, warming alternative to coffee — delivering a deep, naturally pink-hued drink with a smooth chocolate-beet flavour profile.
The Chaga mushroom in this blend is a 10:1 dual extract from 100% traditionally harvested sclerotium, bringing its characteristic beta-glucan polysaccharides and betulinic acid alongside the naturally occurring nitrates in beetroot and the antioxidant-rich profile of raw cacao.
All ingredients are certified organic. No caffeine, no sugar added, no artificial flavours or colours. Third-party tested for purity and heavy metals.
THE HERITAGE
This blend draws on two deep traditions: Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) has been brewed as a tea across Siberia and Northern Europe for centuries — during WWII, it was widely used in Finland as a coffee substitute. Beetroot has been cultivated since ancient Rome for its vibrant colour and nutritional density. Cacao has been consumed as a ceremonial drink in Mesoamerica for over 3,000 years. Teelixir brings these three traditions together in a single, certified organic latte blend.
HOW TO ENJOY
Serving suggestion: 2 teaspoons (approximately 6g) mixed with hot water or your preferred milk.
Classic latte — mix 2 tsp with hot water, top with frothed oat or coconut milk
Iced beet latte — blend with plant milk and ice for a refreshing pink drink
Smoothie bowl base — blend with frozen banana and berries for a vibrant breakfast bowl
Hot chocolate twist — mix with warm milk and a touch of honey for a chocolatey-beet treat
Evening wind-down — caffeine-free — enjoy any time of day, including before bed

The Science
Each serve of the Mushroom Beet Latte delivers 0.60g of traditionally harvested Chaga 10:1 dual extract — equivalent to approximately 6g of raw Chaga sclerotium. The blend also provides natural nitrates from organic beetroot and antioxidants from raw cacao.
Vlassopoulou et al. 2021 (PMID 33876798): Systematic review of 34 RCTs on fungal beta-glucans (including Chaga). Consistent improvements in immune markers and overall wellbeing. No adverse events recorded.
Betulinic acid: A naturally occurring triterpenoid compound found in Chaga, derived from the birch bark on which wild Chaga grows. Unique to birch-hosted Chaga — not present in cultivated Chaga products.
Antioxidant capacity: Chaga has one of the highest recorded ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) values of any natural food source, driven primarily by its melanin pigment content.
Traditionally harvested from birch trees in cold northern climates — the traditional growing condition that produces the highest betulinic acid and melanin concentrations. Chaga cannot be cultivated to the same bioactive standard as traditionally harvested sclerotium. It has been used as a medicinal tea across Siberia and Northern Europe for centuries.

i love all the mushroom lattes, but the colour and texture of the beetroot latte is something else. I add half a teaspoon of teelixr lions mane to my cuppa every morning for a fresh caffeine free start to my day.
I absolutely love these coffees! The Golden Latte is the first one I tried and it’s bloody amazing with organic coconut milk and the only time I ever add any sugar in my daily diet, it’s coconut sugar (the lowest GI). It’s a good hit of ginger and great for the mornings. The beetroot/Chaga coffee with coconut milk tastes like a cherry ripe! YUM

Mushroom Beet Latte
The benefits of this product are outstanding. It reacts quickly within the body and makes you feel great almost instantly. The only draw back (from being 5 stars) its texture when mixed with water is a little pasty. With almond milk (or other) it is lovely.

Drink because is healthy don’t really enjoy find it bitter not what I expected as all the other products have bought from you have been great eg. Chaga etc so yes disappointed with these new drinks
