1. Add One Teaspoon (2g) of Organic Matcha Powder. For the perfect matcha, measure one teaspoon of Teelixir’s Organic Matcha powder into your cup.

2. Pour 60-80mls of Hot (Not Boiling) Water. Heat your water to just below boiling (about 70-80°C or 160-175°F). Pour it over your matcha powder.

3. Whisk Briskly in a Zig-Zag Motion. Use a matcha whisk or small whisk to briskly stir your matcha in a zig-zag motion. This helps the matcha dissolve and creates a frothy, smooth texture.

4. Sip and Enjoy! Once frothy, your matcha is ready to drink! Adjust the quantities based on your preferred strength.

For a delicious matcha latte, simply add steamed milk (plant-based or dairy) and enjoy the smooth, creamy goodness!

• Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $85 within Australia (up to 5kg), delivered in 2-8 days.
• Orders placed after 1pm (AEST) may not be shipped the same day, but we'll try our best. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

• If you refuse a package due to Customs fees, we cannot refund or reship.

• Packages may be opened and inspected by Customs, and Teelixir will not be responsible for delays, damage, or refusal by Customs.
• If Customs returns a package to us, we can refund you. If the package is lost or not returned, we cannot issue a refund.
