3 Superfood Boba Smoothies with Medicinal Mushrooms
Matcha Mint Chip Boba Smoothie with Lion's Mane Mushroom
Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 tsp Lion's Mane mushroom extract powder
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 Tb dark chocolate chopped
- 1/2 tsp matcha tea powder
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp vanilla bean or vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tb maple syrup
- 1/2 to 1 cup of black boba tapioca
Directions:
- Start by preparing boba as per instructions on the packaging
- Once boba is made (this generally takes less than 5 minutes) set aside and let sweeten in honey, maple syrup or coconut nectar
- Add all remaining ingredients (except chocolate) into a blender and blend until smooth
- Once you have reached desired consistency, add chocolate and mix into the smoothie
- Add boba to your glass and pour smoothie on top

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/4 Tb raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp Reishi mushroom extract powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3-4 ice cubes (if desired)
- Add favourite sweetener to taste
- 1/2 to 1 cup of black boba tapioca

- Once boba is made (this generally takes less than 5 minutes) set aside and let sweeten in honey, maple syrup or coconut nectar
- Add all remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

- 1 tsp Schizandra berry extract powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 ice cubes (if desired)
- Add your favourite sweetener to taste if desired
- 1/2 to 1 cup of black boba tapioca
