Matcha Mint Protein Shake Recipe with Lion's Mane Mushroom
Ceremonial Matcha-Mint Brain Protein Shake with Lion's Mane Mushroom (Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tb canned coconut cream
- 1 Tb Almond Butter
- 1 Tb Hemp Protein Powder
- 1/2 Tb Mushroom Matcha Latte (Ceremonial Matcha, Lion's Mane mushroom, Peppermint)
- 1-6 drops Fulvic Acid Ionic Minerals (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 seconds until smooth. Sip, share, love and enjoy!
