Strawberry Rose Covered Chocolate Bark with Reishi Mushroom
Strawberry Rose Covered Chocolate Bark with Reishi Mushroom (Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mushroom Cacao Latte Starring Reishi and Rose
- 1 cup Coconut oil
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp Reishi Mushroom Extract (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp Lakanto sugar-free maple syrup (or more to taste)
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries (raspberries are great too!)
Directions:
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper (I used a 9” dish but almost any size works)
- In a medium-size saucepan, combine all ingredients except for the freeze-dried strawberries
- Heat over low heat and gently whisk together until smooth
- Remove from heat and add your sweetener and vanilla extract
- Pour evenly into the parchment-lined baking dish and place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight
- Brake chocolate bark into desired sizes or use a cookie cutter to cut into shapes
