ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPMENT
Upon placing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email, indicating we've registered your order and pre-authorized your payment. We aim to ship your items within 3 business days from the order date. Should you require expedited shipping, please contact us at hello@teelixir.com.au. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking info within four business days, please get in touch with us at the same email address.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $85 within Australia (up to 5kg), delivered in 2-8 days.
- Orders placed after 1pm (AEST) may not be shipped the same day, but we'll try our best. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Express Shipping (1-2 days) is available; free for orders over $150.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Fees are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary from 4-15 business days.
- We ship to over 40 countries. Contact us if you're unsure about shipping to your location.
- Tracking information will be emailed once orders are fulfilled.
CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. Teelixir will be not liable for items refused by Customs.
- Customs fees or taxes vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. Fees can range from 0% to 50%.
- If you refuse a package due to Customs fees, we cannot refund or reship.
- Refunds may be issued minus shipping and Customs fees.
- Packages may be opened and inspected by Customs, and Teelixir will not be responsible for delays, damage, or refusal by Customs.
- If Customs returns a package to us, we can refund you. If the package is lost or not returned, we cannot issue a refund.
- All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
At Teelixir, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers can try them with complete confidence. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we're more than willing to offer a full refund, minus the shipping costs.
